Gorgeous palace in the forest, a real castle from the XIII century. Clean and cosy. Very helpful and polite staff. Especially the guy at the reception. Good food in the restaurant, fast service. Various products with Valenzano brand: wine, herbs, honey, etc. Nice garden. Great for photos. Remarkable place in Italy! The only thing was the heating of the room. Took almost a night to become hot.
A truly historical experience. No air conditioning or fans in the rooms. I slept on the comforter on the floor after soaking the bed with sweat. Dinner was mediocre and took hours of my life away. Potentially the worst place to stay in all of Italy. Enjoy the photos online and move on. The odd staff won't miss you.

Seven of us stayed for one night. It was great! It's an authentic castle and the rooms are all very unique. We had dinner at the restaurant and all of our meals were delicious. We tried the rooster, duck, and rabbit and they were all very good! It would have been nice to stay an extra few days.
